Refund Policy
After you have placed an order, can you then change your mind?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours, however we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 25% of the Total Order Cost (excl. P&P) up to a maximum of £30.
If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us via email. (sales@capturedmomentsphotography.co.uk)
Orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours.

If your item(s) are missing, faulty or not as described, the following will apply: -
• You must notify us of any missing items within 7 days of receipt.
• You must notify us of any incorrectly received or faulty items within 7 days.
• We cover all return postage (up to First Class Royal Mail Postage) for 'Faulty' or 'Damaged' items, but will not cover your return costs for incorrectly ordered items.
• To arrange a claim for an undelivered order via post, you will have to allow a full 28 days from the date of dispatch for the delivery of the goods (as required by the Royal Mail Postal Service), then we will be able to arrange a refund or resend the items as required.
• If part of your order is missing or faulty, once we have been notified all necessary checks will have to be made as to the cause of the problem, this may require the return of the product to us, so we can work/refer this to our suppliers. We will arrange to resend that part of the order to you.
